We are currently looking for a Senior level Customer Insight/Marketing Manager (financial services) for an initial 6 month contract based in London.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Track record in Financial Services.
- Customer focused.
- Background in Customer Insight, Analysis, Retention and Marketing processes.
- Desirable to have good understanding of written literature, quotation systems and online, and call centre channels.
- Strong understanding of Proposition development.
- Must have strong Stakeholder management and the ability to deal with complex level programme politics from a senior level.
- Strong leadership qualities and track record.
