DESCRIPTIONThe Engineering Support consultant will support conversion of calibration SOPS into PM tasks and update CMMS calibration procedures accordingly (25-30 SOPs including change requests). Will also support conversion of calibration parameters to support full electronic execution of calibration work flow (150 assets, converting EAMS parameters and support of change control process). Assist Documentation Coordinator with verification and validation documentation as needed (generation and routing of verification documentation). Support the scanning and uploading of all EQ Manuals/TOP's and related documents when equipment is being brought into site division SharePoint site and link with EAMS. Support the setup and entering of equipment history files that include verification and calibration documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in business or related field or 4 years experience in an administrative/documentation specialist support role.
- 2 years of personal computer experience with appropriate software applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work, with a high attention to detail, through to completion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of good documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory compliance standards.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the veterinary biologics or pharmaceutical industry.
- 4 year college degree in business administration or 8 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Previous experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system.
- Ability to understand blueprint, schematics and equipment manuals.
- MS Excel skills desired.
