My client a dynamic multinational organisation based in Warwickshire requires a PA/General Administrator to support the Head of Risk and Compliance. This role is initially for a 6 month contract to start immediately but could well extend beyond that period. It is essential that applicants are reliable and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Duties Include:
- Diary Management for Directors and other members of the team
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Organising and attending meetings, ensuring that the team is well prepared for meetings
- Handling confidential information
- General office administration duties
Qualifications and Skills required:
- GCSE Maths and English minimum
- Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint essential
- Excellent literacy levels and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and be flexible
- Good communication skills and team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- An enthusiastic and confident nature
- Must hold full driving licence
