Interim Project Manager - 2 to 3 days per week
My client, a small solutions organisation that provides ERP and web based software urgently requires an experienced interim Project Manager.
This dynamic and innovative company works with some of the biggest clients across the globe. As part of their evolution they now seek a Project Manager to introduce PM methodologies both internally and across their highly impressive client portfolio.
You will be instrumental in engaging with their clients to help implement software and instill PM governance and risk management from inception through to delivery together with ensuring benefit realisation is achieved.
This is therefore a unique opportunity to trailblaze project management in an organisation that, due to its size, currently has no professional project management resource.
Requirements:
- Experienced Prince2 Project Manager who has run software and technology (ERP and web based) projects
- Demonstrable experience of implementing project management methodologies, governance and controls from scratch
- Client facing delivery experience, ideally in an international capacity
- Ability to speak in Russian, German and/or French would be advantageous, although not essential
- Ability to manage complex Matrix environments and engage change resistant stakeholders
