Rate: 16.50 per hour
We are looking for an experience Rewards Analyst to be based in our London Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Delivering Reward planning and modelling for assigned workforce(s)
* Delivering annual salary benchmarking for assigned workforce(s)
* Assisting in the design and planning of the annual reward process, including advising on ACAT system interface requirements
* Assisting in the development of compensation guidelines for assigned workforce(s)
* Managing and supporting the HR function through the annual reward process
* Assisting in the implementation of Reward projects
* Completing ad-hoc compensation analyses for assigned workforce
* Supporting HR in day to day Reward issues
* Assisting customers with Reward communication and training
* Working with Performance Management regarding key deadlines and impacts on the annual process
Skills/experience/knowledge required are:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong numerical and analytical skills - able to manipulate complex data and draw broad-based conclusions from a variety of information and sources.
* Experienced in a Rewards Analyst role previously.
* Will have previous experience with Benefits, rewards and compensation.
The start date for this role is 1st November 2011 for 5 Months.
