UAT Test Manager (SC Cleared Environment) - Global Testing Consultancy
Our client is seeking a proven Test Manager with solid experience of managing UAT to work for a global Testing Consultancy. The role will involve dealing with new clients with regards to process improvement and assessments of test processes/strategies. Good report writing skills are essential, as is experience of recruitment as we will need you to be involved in interviewing new hires from a technical perspective. As a Managing Consultant you will also be expected to act as a mentor to other members of staff through formal people processes and informally on projects, to ensure they understand how to develop skills and knowledge that contribute to customer, company and individual career goals. You must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to build effective working relationships with senior client stakeholders. A level of autonomy is expected as at times you may be on client site as the sole representative. Good prior experience of roles as a Test Manager is required- ie managing test projects from start to finish and looking after a team of test analysts and test leads.

· This role requires Security Clearance to SC level or eligibility to be cleared.
