Description
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to work for the UK's leading telecommunications company Everything Everywhere, to be based in Orange, Darlington.
This is a full time temp role to cover a 8- 12 month period.
Your main duties will be to provide excellent customer service to internal customers calling for advice. You will provide support and guidance on a variety of actions including registrations and transfers. You will also be required to complete actions on a day to day basis, therefore concern for accuracy and task management is essential.
Must Have:
* At least 6 months Call Centre or Administrative experience
* Excellent Customer service skills
* Strong Concern for Accuracy
* Good communication Skills
* Confidence in dealing with queries
* IT Skills

Payrate: £6.90 per hour
