Project Manager, Change Manager or Business Process Manager with experience of process change, process re engineering, transformation management and ITIL.
The role sits in the Transformation Management team and acts as internal consultant, partnering with senior management to deliver on large scale initiatives.
The ideal Project Manager/Change Manager/Business Process Manager will have experience of large scale change initiatives within an investment banking environment, process re-engineering, project delivery, transformation management and organisational change best practices such as ITIL or six Sigma.
The role will involve dealing with senior stakeholders, managing risks and issues and escalating them where necessary, managing the budgets for the assigned programmes/projects, developing project and programme plans and preparing progress reports for senior management.
