Specific Job Responsibilities:
Sr. Project Coordinator
Senior Project Coordinator/Analyst role will work within the Finance Portfolio for the OneLink (OL) Program, an enterprise implementation of PeopleSoft financials. The primary role of this PM/analyst will be to provide inside to the details of the IT budget/forecast and provide resource management of the IT Team. This role will also support the Technical Leader to coordinate details for maintaining the budget/forecast of IT Team including providing liaison between Functional Team for resource management, provide OL Executive report rollups for funding committee (BI PAC coordination), reconciliation, troubleshooting and validation for IT reporting and request for the OneLink team. This Project Manager will be responsible for filtering requests and providing recommendations to Leadership based on reports and metrics of support data, adjusting presentations to align with Leadership vision and goals. All encompassing definition of request (clearly communicated) and routed, supported and tracked to closure will include various support as needed. They will work the Execute Admin to serve as the communication point of contact, coordinating internal review meetings, and track progress for request and initiative – in addition to routine responsibilities.
Manage details of IT Team Budget/forecast and provide liaison for IT Finance Communication planning and point of contact Coordinate reviews/mtg for the team Coordinate weekly RPM timesheet hours for team Filter incoming requests Be expert in obtaining accurate data through the organization and systems of data (RPM, Remedy, HR, ITCM, Cognos, Team Link, Ariba, Clickstaff) to support research and analysis Research/Analyze request, supporting issue/request resolution and provide recommendation to Leadership based on sound data justification Align with Leadership to support changes in organization Provide troubleshooting, data research and validation, and reconciliation, as requested and needed

TeamLink: Entering, researching, pulling reports and using data sourced in TeamLink (issues, risks, Project Change Requests, etc) Remedy SRs: Creating/Managing SRs on behalf of the team
