Experis is searching for a Network Engineer with strong Software Packaging Experience for a long term role in Wilmington, Delaware.
This position has the opportunity to extend and become permanent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* 2-5 years experience in software packaging in a medium to large distributed computing environment.
* Experience with Netinstall for software packaging and distribution (or similiar tools)
* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 2000/XP workstation, Windows 2000, 2003 server).
* Knowledge of Active Directory, network topologies, network protocols, Workstation remote control, Windows group policies, Ghost, MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus.
* Experience configuring, supporting and troubleshooting Windows workstations and desktop applications.
* Recent experience in a Client Server environment.
* Experience with DII Conflicts, Windows Registry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Test applications and the integration into the production environment.
* Deploy application to the appropriate user community following change management methodology.
* Act as the liaison with application stakeholders and vendors.
* Troubleshoot packaging, testing and deployment issues.
