DESCRIPTION:
At least one (1) ESS/MSS 1.41 SP4 implementation as a Functional Lead, preferably in the K-12 environment. Minimum three (3) years of ESS/MSS configuration experience with W4, COA, Administrative Assessments, Benefits Enrollment, Travel Management, United Campaign, preferably in the K-12 environment. Minimum three (3) years of experience in documentation of configuration and test scenarios. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP and Agile. Experience in EP UWL and associated ESS/MSS Business Packages. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to participate in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the development and business teams to discuss, design and configure robust/efficient solutions
- Review and understand business requirements
- Document configurations, functional specs and BPPs for OCPS
- Assist in fit-gap analysis between OCPS requirements and ESS/MSS functionality, review and adopt new functionality in ESS/MSS
- Assist in analysis and design for functionality not in the standard delivered ESS/MSS - United Campaign
- Assist in Performing End to End configuration of ESS/MSS W4, COA, Administrative Assessments, Travel Management, and Benefits Enrollment according to OCPS business requirements, including reporting.
- Test and support complex ESS/MSS solutions to meet requirements
- Assist in fulfilling the requirements of the Project Management Office, as required
- Assist in Coordinating with OCPS Applications Development and additional developers
- Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered.
- Provide Post-Go Live support and Defect resolution and/or change requests
