Our client is one of the worlds best known companies. As part of an on-going development of their learning and skills organisation they are now seeking an interim delivery manager to work with a small administration team (20 people) across the world to deliver a dedicated and professional service to the company.
Role
- Day-to-day management of a team of 20 administrators based on different continents
- Responsible for the development and delivery of improved processes and systems
- Developing excellent relationships across the business to deliver to their needs
- Develop and implement clear control systems to ensure that curricula are maintaining the set standards
- Ensure that the data that is collected is appropriate and meets the quality criteria for onwards reporting
- Strategically manage the team and ensure that its shape and form is appropriate for a changing task
Person
- Proven experience of developing and leading a high performance team
- Demonstable experience of implementing a successful operation -preference will be given to those with a Shared Service background
- Preference will also be given to those with a learning and development background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
- Experience of managing budgets and controlling costs
- First-class references are essential
