One of the largest federal government agencies is currently in search of a Service Desk Technician. You will be responsible for telephone support, analysing and troubleshooting ICT enquiries and Effective resolution of ICT issues, complaints and requests. You will also be involved in the contribution to maintaining ICT documentation and maintaining and developing effective relationships with employees.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Tertiary (or higher) qualifications in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of applications and administrative tools (Including Active Directory)
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Information Communication Technology applied to a Government agency.
  • Current Baseline Vetting Security Clearance
