Are you a Senior Java Developer looking for a challenge in one of the largest Legacy system replacement projects in town?
Our exclusive key client is looking to build a highly talented and proven Java Development team on a 6 + Month contract roles in Melbourne for their key client who they are helping deliver a large Legacy system replacement program.
In order to be successful for the role and join their highly energetic team you will have the following experience:
5 + years Java/J2EE/J2SE/JSP/JMS/Hibernate experience
Familiar with development frameworks and web architecture
5 + years commercial web application and web service development experience
Strong knowledge/experience across continuous integration principles
Previous experience delivering commercial Java applications with HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XHTML, AJAX, XML, CSS etc
Understanding of computer science and design patterns
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience working with Struts, Spring, and Feature Driven Development
Experience developing in large enterprise Insurance/Financial services environments is a must!
Along with the above technical skills you will need to bring excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
