Service Contract Coordinator job #2714 – Akron/Canton, Ohio

Local Northeast Ohio manufacturer is seeking a Service Contract Coordinator to fill a Contract position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining customer account profiles to accurately describe services covered under contracts.
  • Provide accurate and timely on-going support to the field service operating teams in the processing and management of service contracts.
  • Maintain corporate records related to active service contracts.
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of service contract and billed work invoices to customers for service work performed.
  • Manage queue assignments to ensure all billable items are processed in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Prefer a four (4) year degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • PC skills required.
  • 50 WPM required.
  • Working knowledge of Excel required.
  • Accounting experience or classes preferred.
  • Organization skills necessary.
  • Billing Experience preffered.
  • Accounts Receivable Experience preferred.
