Service Contract Coordinator job #2714 – Akron/Canton, Ohio
Local Northeast Ohio manufacturer is seeking a Service Contract Coordinator to fill a Contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer account profiles to accurately describe services covered under contracts.
- Provide accurate and timely on-going support to the field service operating teams in the processing and management of service contracts.
- Maintain corporate records related to active service contracts.
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of service contract and billed work invoices to customers for service work performed.
- Manage queue assignments to ensure all billable items are processed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Prefer a four (4) year degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- PC skills required.
- 50 WPM required.
- Working knowledge of Excel required.
- Accounting experience or classes preferred.
- Organization skills necessary.
- Billing Experience preffered.
- Accounts Receivable Experience preferred.
