My client, a leading Asset Manager, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to focus on Finance requirements for a group wide global Finance Re-Engineering project. The overall Program is responsible for creating two stand alone businesses from what is at the moment one entity. The project will involve working with both on site stakeholders and multiple business lines within a variety of holding companies in order to construct the Finance arm of what will ultimately be a stand alone organisation. This is a high profile role and requires someone who has recently delivered on a similarly large and complex piece of work within Group Finance.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven track record of delivery on a large scale organisational change project at Group Finance level within Life and Pensions - ESSENTIAL
- Proven background in and understanding of Group Reporting
- Proven track record of delivering in a heavily Change orientated environment
- Outstanding proven Senior Business Analysis skills, including setting and understanding business strategy, process re-engineering, running workshops, evaluating and improving business processes
- Proven documentation skills to an outstanding level enabling IT to deliver quickly and effectively
- The gravitas to liaise effectively with and influence senior level stakeholders across the business
- Strong understanding of Finance ideally in a Life Insurance environment however Investment Banking also acceptable
