Our client, located in Belgium, is looking for an Emarketing Consultant to work on a 7 month initial contract with long term views to extend.
The Emarketing consultant is part of the web & multi channel team, where you'll liaise and build relationships with the EMEA business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Internationally communicate and work through conference calls as a team (limited travel, mainly to UK)
- Play a liaison role between the different I/T teams and external parties to deliver on EMarketing projects.
- Projects/solutions include, but are not limited to product sites, disease awareness sites, healthcare professional portals, corporate sites, tablet detailing, online remote calls, email marketing campaigns
As a consultant you'll be required to apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, maintain awareness of the competitive environment, and consistently exhibit knowledge seeking and sharing behaviours in all facets of his/her responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 5 years of eMarketing consultancy experience
- Project management experience
- Strong customer focus and the ability to excel in strong team environment.
- Strong influencing (excellent communication skills) and leadership skills
- Partner with other I/T teams, marketing/interactive agencies, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing Services, WICO, ITS, USPPG and others are important to the success of the work.
- Good understanding of capabilities of eMarketing tools and platforms (eg web analytics platforms, buzz monitoring tools).
- Nice to have: ITIL knowledge, experience with Drupal.
- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
