My Banking Client is looking for a Complaint Handler/Client Review Officer to join their team to ensure all complaint cases are dealt with within FSA requirements and FOS Guidelines.
The roleholder will be responsible for dealing with individual customer complaints relating to the sale of life, pensions and investment products and calculate the levels of redress or compensation.
Knowledge of Life, Pension and Investment Products is therefore necessary along with experience within the Regulated Financial Services environment.
Knowledge of FSA regulations is essential.
Full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC 1, 2, & 3) and/or Certificate for Financial Advisors (CEFA) is required.
