About The Company/Role:
This Australian leading organisation is seeking a SAP Test Analyst with solid experience with FI/CO (AR/AP) for one of the major SAP projects in the southern hemisphere for an initial 3 months contract with strong possibilities of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases based on test strategy and test plans
- Develop test scenarios, test conditions and expected results for one or more test types, including Integration, UAT, end-to-end and regression.
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
- Execute test cases.
- Record defects and issues in accordance with the project's defect management process.
- Work with the development and support teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
- Participate in the change control.
- Validates product fixes.
- Inform the Test Lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
- Produce status report and individual time tracking on a weekly basis.
- Participate in and/or facilitate test scenario and condition review sessions with business stakeholders.
- Review test scenarios, conditions, and cases of other team members and provide valuable input to improve the quality of these deliverables.
- Make suggestions to improve team processes to facilitate continuous improvement and efficient test execution.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 Years Experience testing SAP Applications - Essential
- Experience involved in more than one full SDL in a project environment - Essential
- Experience with SAP - FI/CO (AR/AP) - Essential
- Able to collaborate equally with customers, vendors and peers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with SDLC and testing methodologies, test defect tracking tools
- Experience with testing at various levels (unit, functional, integration, system, load and performance testing)
- Experience working with high-volume, Real Time database systems and applications
- Proactive with a pragmatic approach to testing
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment where change is inevitable
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines is expected
- Experience with data migration projects a plus
- Experience working with offshore/onsite model a plus
