Description
Voice Network Analyst with excellent experience of Call Centres, Voice Recording Solutions, NCTI & ICM scripts and TDM required for an initial 3 month contract based in London. Strong Design and Implementation skills essential, CCNA/MCSC preferred.
As the Voice Analyst you will be responsible for the Design and Implementation of:
Call Centres (Cisco & Aspect)
Voice Recording Solutions (Verint)
NCTI and ICM Scripts
Transforming from Legacy TDM telephony to IP technologies
