System Analyst II/Java - Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview
Provide system analysis and design, project management, and user support in the development, enhancement, administration and integration of identity solutions for Web application systems.
Responsibilities
Enhance the design of current systems, to broaden system capabilities and meet the changing needs of the business. Manage projects for coordination and tasking of other IS resources including end user leadership. Maintain technical skills across a broad range of software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems. Respond to system usage questions, conduct training classes as needed, and develop and present IS and User management comprehensive presentations of proposed systems. Respond to system failure and performance events, taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of the problem. Provide after hours support for security issues on a 24x7 basis, responding and reporting to the Production Monitoring and Support Team and the Client Services Team as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience is required. Minimum of 7-8 years of systems experience, with 4 years of identity management experience. 2-3 years of Java experience. Experience with web Servers and Application Server is required. Experience with IIS,.Net/C+, BizTalk, SQL Server, WCF Communications Framework is desired. Must have knowledge of Transact SQL, SQL, HTML, and XML. Experience with style sheets (XSLT) is desirable. Ability to operate within both Linux and Windows environments. Knowledge of CMS and HIPAA security and privacy guidelines is desirable. Must be capable of multi-tasking, and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
