Position Description:
- Assist in the management of end-to-end environments for the project such as Application Server, OS, interfaces, etc.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers via phone, email, and case queues in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing instruction and direction to fix issues. Meet expectations established in client service level agreements.
- Serve as point of escalation for the EES team, responding to and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring that all defects are appropriately documented in the tracking system.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of current and future technologies especially J2EE technology (WebSphere Application Server, IHS), UNIX and Wintel system administration, IBM WebSphere Message Brokers knowledge.
- Have good attitude of fostering information sharing, team-based resolution activity, cross-training, and focus on problem solving.
