Looking for an experienced SQL Server Developer/DBA is needed to take a critical VBA/Access Front Office trading platform and migrate to a completely new build enterprise C#/SQLServer based application. This is is Front Office and regulatory critical and will be Front Office and downstream facing role.
General Tasks:
Define, document and maintain hardware specifications to support our business requirements
Performance tuning and capacity planning
Define and review appropriate standards for SQL coding
Define and review best practices (standards) for database design (logical and physical)
Day-to-day support and housekeeping of development and test database environments.
Essential Experiece:
Exposure to replication technologies
Experience of building and maintaining data warehouses
Full software life cycle development experience in commercial environments
Experience of producing concise and accurate technical documentation
Demonstrable track record of delivery
