Description
As Control Environment Manager you'll bring a fresh perspective to the business by identifying risks and improving our processes.
You'll have the unique opportunity to conduct a clean slate review which means you'll impact business designs feeding into the process environment. Leading process mapping you'll create assurance plans and models, ensuring we continue to meet legal requirements. Once you've made your plans you'll need to use all your communication skills to face-off
internal audit and influence key stakeholders.
As well as a fresh pair of eyes, we're looking for a professional with some legal compliance and regulatory experience. So that you can intelligently define our remits you'll also need a solid grounding in operational management in the financial services arena. Previously you may have specialised in audit, process engineering or compliance. A natural at building relationships you'll also know the importance of leading by example.
It is essential you have experience in regulatory and legal compliance.
