A fast growing consultancy, G X Consult, specialising in large transformation programmes in banking and financial services is seeking to bring on board a number of high quality professionals to work on a large transformation programme.
The aim of the programme is to deliver an innovative solution through the transformation of systems, processes, practices and organisation for one of the largest banking groups in the world. This would enable the client improve their capabilities in information capture, reporting and informed decision making. The technology platform is Oracle, and includes the latest and most advanced versions of Oracle's products.

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience with UPK
- Expert on Oracle EBS
- Have at least 2 full life cycle experiences delivering training on Oracle EBS
- Preferrably R12 experience as well as long term and recent Financial Services trackrecord
Description
- The Oracle Training Consultant will be performing needs assessmenet for the organisation, then designing and facilitating the customer training materials and programs.
- The Consultant develop materials used for training, including instructional materials for trainers to use as well as training materials for students.
- The consultant may also train corporate instructors how to train employees, and may deliver instructional classroom sessions to employees and customers
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment i crucial
The contract is based in London with some limited domestic travel.
