Role Description
To develop and drive the overall brand strategy to ensure profitable growth and alignment of resource within a £100m+, Top 5 BU affiliate.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver 3-5 year business plan to ensure profitable flow to business
Develop and deliver overall communication strategy to ensure one brand/one voice
New product development funnel and strategy to ensure future growth stream
Responsible for a consumer facing budget of £10m with full mix communications including TV, press and digital advertising, social marketing, CRM and Careline programmes and teams
Create annual marketing plan in line with budget process and targets
Deliver planned activities to time and cost agreed to ensure delivery of short and long term financial and market objectives
Driving consumer insights and understanding across the UK Affiliate
Liaising with Regional and global colleagues and projects
Team motivation and development
Direct Reports: 6 (with extended team of 21)

Qualifications
Extensive consumer marketing experience with extensive above the line exposure and large multi-faceted brand leadership experience
Proven strategic thinking into action
Strong commercial understanding and acumen
Good relationship builder-internally and externally
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn data into insight
Proven ability to manage and develop large team
