Volt are currently recruiting on behalf of a major pharmaceuticals organisation for an interim Finance Business Partner, based from Maidenhead.
THE ROLE:
Provide business partnering support to the UK based business unit leadership team and their functions on UK based operations.
Provide proactive leadership to UK business unit results analysis & interpretation, forecasting, planning and to activity evaluation.
Provide proactive business partnering support to commercial decision making and analysis.
Provide proactive support to business unit, corporate and UK fiscal accounting and reporting requirements.
THE PERSON:
Qualified Accountant or equivalent
7-10 years post qualification experience
Some post qualification experience in a commercial environment, preferably in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry. Commercial experience from FMCG or other 'commercial' business is an advantage.
Some experience of Reporting & Planning as well as Business Partnering roles.
Some experience of providing finance support to multiple client groups across many different business functions and geographic locations.
