Description
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior NHS Professional ideally with experience gained within the Acute sector and will act as the HR interface between Corporate HR and the Trust Clinical Departments. The Trust is currently piloting shared services and integrated working in this area as well as supporting their Clinical Support Groups in relation to continued Absence Management. The appointed individual will also lead the Trust's commitment to "Maintaining Professional Conduct" and will be a skilled communicator with exposure to complex discussions with Clinicians and Medical Professionals.
In addition to this, the interim HR Director will be responsible for key Workforce Reduction projects which are currently ongoing under the stewardship of the substantive HR Director.
