My client, based in the North East is currently looking for a Senior Call Centre Manager to come on board to work on a 3 month initial contract to work on the following role:
Role Details/Skills/Experience
* Day to day management of a busy call centre
* Centre currently handling over 2M calls per annum
* 250+ Call Centre staff
* Managing a team of Section managers and Team Managers
* Liasing with workforce planning team
* Managing day to day issues such as disciplinary/absentees etc.
Essential Skills
* Customer service experience at a similar level to above
* Leadership experience
* Call centre management experience is highly desirable
