Description
Our reputable telecommunications client is currently looking for a Vendor Manager/Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract.As the Commercial Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Vendor Support Agreements across networks Platforms and Systems. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring the contracted level of support is within AOP budget objectives and aligns with the Internal Business Unit, Product and Customer, service level requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience building a strong strategic relationship with key vendors.
- Experience managing the performance of key strategic suppliers against their contractual obligations.
- Experience managing a selected portfolio of Vendor Support Agreements
- Experience managing approximately 40 support agreements with 30 discrete vendors
- Ability to review and renew the existing support agreements before contract expiry
- Experience working with an annual budget accountability of at least $25m
- Achievement of annual cost saving targets
- Experience managing internal stakeholder perceptions
