I have a fantastic opportunity for a number of OSS RC Upgrade Engineers to work on a long project in Texas. This opportunity will last for 6-12 months and has a very high possibility to extend depending on performance. It will also come with an excellent rate, per diem (if you qualify) and full medical and dental coverage. Skills Experience on OSS RC maintenance, administration and Network Element integration. OSS Upgrade experience Review vendor technical documents and new provide proposals on OSS Good knowledge with NetBackup and BMR Good knowledge with ENIQ Excellent knowledge in Shell programming Strong technical knowledge on: SUN Solaris 8, 9 & 10; Oracle, Sun FIRE platforms, Unix, Sybase SQL server, Versant DB, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP protocols & OSS applications Qualifications You will need to have previous experience troubleshooting faults by applying standard resolving processes, develop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework in line with customer requirements, and/or carry out site design and layout. You will also need to independently carries out the work duties as described in the accountabilities below subject to managerial follow up and review of results.
