Title: Business Systems Analyst

Description/Comment: There is a need for a strong Senior Executive Level Business Analyst (BA) that can also do testing. The Senior BA would be responsible for understanding and applying a set of complex business rules to Mutual Funds trades, ensuring documented requirements are thorough and complete, be able to construct test cases and work with the business areas to gain approvals on the requirements and test cases. This BA would need to ensure that the test cases and results are documented in our Quality Center tool, defects recorded and status reports are provided on a frequent basis. Ability to navigate through the nuances of the test environment and Mutual Funds trade window restrictions are important. This BA would work with a Test Lead; guide the other BAs through testing and recording of results.
The candidate would ideally have a strong trading background to include an in-depth understanding of security types, in particular Mutual Funds. Experience working with Thomson Reuters in and their systems would be ideal.
