Experis is looking for seasoned Change Management (T&OP) professionals to join their client's team in downtown Chicago.

Job Summary:
The Talent & Organizational Performance (T&OP) consultant provides expertise and oversight in communications strategy and planning, training design/development and delivery, organizational design and development and usability testing. The T&OP Consultant is responsible for Human Performance work plan creation and tracking, team member development and evaluation, cross-functional deliverable review, issue management, and customer relationship maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design and execution of communication strategies and plans for IT projects of simple to medium complexity including stakeholder analysis, message planning, and vehicle determination
- Design training (eg training approach, needs analysis, audience analysis, curriculum plan, and template and standard development)
- Oversee training development in a variety of media (web-based training, instructor-led training, train the trainer); includes training materials development, training test plan, and training evaluations
- Review training and communications deliverables prior to management review
- Insure implementation of training sessions, including instructing customer courses and train the trainer
- Design organization infrastructure (eg including mapping tasks to roles to jobs and developing job descriptions)
- Incorporate and communicate process changes in materials
- Develop Talent & Human Performance work plan
- Track deliverable completion to plan
- Track team members work to date
- Perform process analysis and design
- Plan and execute usability testing
- Understand and communicate the dependencies between systems development and human performance work
- Track, manage, and raise human performance issues and resolutions
- Own relationships with subject-matter experts
- Own relationships with mid to high-level clients
- Insure appropriate sign-off is received on all deliverables
- Support continuous improvement and organization development activities by participating in quality process: Peer Reviews, Project Delivery (User Materials Developer), Project Management (Developer), Requirements Management, Software Quality Assurance Reviews
