Experis, one of the nation's leading I.T. Staffing and Managed Services companies, is seeking a Sr. QA Analyst for a 6-12 month opportunity in the Atlanta (Marietta).

The Sr. QA Analyst will participate in the development, maintenance and execution of test plans, test cases and perform manual Back End testing of the applications.
KEY SKILLS: Web Hardening Experience, Testing Web Security, Web Penetration; Strong IIS and Oracle experience.
Skills needed:
7+ years of extensive experience in a software testing role on software development projects involving web based applications with an Oracle back-end.
Execute manual test cases, regression testing and track the defects accordingly.
Write functional test plans and detailed test cases that covers Back End using TOAD and SQL
Quickly learn and understand all Front End and Back End applications to ensure quality testing is executed against software changes.
Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines while also ensuring quality changes are released into the systems.
Provide accurate report of test progress to the management team and follow up with development team on defects regularly.
Pro-actively follow up with QA management on issues and escalations and provide suggestions for possible resolutions
Review assigned project requirements and work closely with Business Analysts and Business Users.
Write functional test plans and detailed test cases that cover UI as well as Back End using TOAD and SQL.
Pro-actively review test cases with peers within development to ensure adequate test coverage.
Create necessary test data prior to test execution.
Execute manual test cases, regression testing and track the defects accordingly.
