Procura are currently looking for Claims transformation Programme Manager for a large general insurance client. We are looking for programme managers who have proven experience in shaping and establishing large claims operations within general insurance industry. You will be heavily involved within the development, implementation and end to end management of this programme.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading the UK claims transformation and developing a strategy for the European operation. Leading a team and managing costs across the programme.
You will be tasked with all the business outcomes of which are: the development of the target operating models, process design, resourcing requirements and key governance and dependency management plans to ensure delivery.
Creating strong stakeholder management plans and ensuring all involved are fully aware of the project milestones
We are looking for a strong senior project manager or Programme Manager that is business facing who has clear background within claims and change management within a claims environment. It is imperative that you are able to get stakeholder buy in right from the outset and have a commanding presence.
