We are a recruitment company and we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner.
To be a senior practitioner within a team, working with the most complex cases and taking on a supervisory role based on developing skill, experience and expertise.
Coaching, mentoring and co-working with newly qualified workers in developing their practice in working with children & their families.
Assisting team managers in supporting practitioners` development, particularly in their first year and in their ongoing learning needs.
To provide mentoring and expert support to Social Workers managing complex case work where there is a need to ensure effective analysis and care planning for children leading to permanency planning. To care manage the most complex cases in the care group.
The Senior Practitioner will enable Social Workers to navigate cases through court and in-house procedures in an effective and timely manner to ensure the best outcomes for children.
To provide guidance and assistance to practitioners undertaking complex case work for children in need, children at risk of harm, and children in legal proceedings.
