Practicus is partnering with an NHS Acute Trust in the South, supporting them with their transformation and turnaround.
A critical area within the transformation is the Pathology Transformation project and we now need a Project Manager to deliver this. The project will look at a number of options to deliver a more efficient service that will improve outcomes and reduce cost. Options include a shared service with neighbouring trust(s) and outsourcing to a third party amongst others.
We are seeking a highly skilled NHS manager with project management and/or operations management experience within Pathology Services. An understanding of pathology technologies and systems is also desired as there is a strong interdependency to the ICT workstream. This role manages a complex group of stakeholders so strong leadership and engagement skills are essential.
This is a 4 months assignment starting w/c 21st November ideally and we can offer a rate of c£500pd + VAT.
