Information Officer, Data Analyst, NHS
The post holder will work within the Business Intelligence team to deliver accurate and concise management information to local health boards, regional office and Welsh Government using the national database systems. Multi dimensional database modules which turns data into meaningful information. The post holder will be responsible for the daily processing and reporting of aggregate activity and waiting list returns. The post holder will be part of a team that captures, collates, processes and validates reports ready for strategic and operational analyses.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Good general education, driving licence, NHS or related organisation experience.
Assess requests for information and suggest practical solutions to delivering output.
Good knowledge of legislation relating data protection and the release of confidential information.
Advanced skills using MS Applications, Excel and Access.
Proven track record of analysing data in a clear and concise manner.
