Description
For this global organisation we are looking for a Marketing Assistant/Support to be responsible for the following areas:
* Managing the planning process in EMEA PLE
* Providing tools to stakeholders in documentation and communication of priorities
* Consolidating the half year marketing plans
* Estimating budget allocation to the Integrated Marketing and Communications Programs (IMCP) teams, Events, Public Relations, and all other stakeholders
The Marketing Planning Advisor will be a key resource across the Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Finance, Product Group, Services, S&P and Strategic Alliances functions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of experience in Marketing with some or all of the following disciplines: Planning, budgeting, business management, and general marketing.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning Process
1. Own the EMEA PLE planning process in terms of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
2. Include all stakeholders in the planning process for input and agreement on priorities and subsequent plans
3. Link into the budgeting process to insure plans are within budget and meet leads, pipeline, and thought leadership goals
4. Develop key templates to facilitate the gathering and communication of priorities and plans
Plan Consolidation and Communication
1. Be the point of consolidation for the half year Marketing plan
2. Communicate the plan across the stakeholder community for agreement with Marketing Director, Solutions Director, Regional Marketing Leads, IMCP pod and domain leaders
Relationship Building
1. Building strong ties to the stakeholder community to insure a network of information flow
2. Building a network to allow you to navigate organistion
