Our client, known as the world's most broadly based manufacturer of health care products and provider of related services, is committed to scientific excellence in pharmaceutical research and development which has led to innovation in drug discovery and development making them a significant contributor of new products for treating or preventing disease. They are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for a 4 month contract at their Berkshire site.

JOB ROLE:
The Customer Marketing Manager will manage the execution of tactical activity plans for Key Account customers and the Independent channel (Project ICE) in accordance with all guidelines and HCC regulations. They will influence the development of ideas and solutions in collaboration with the Key Account Manager and the Marketing Brand Manager through an effective evaluation of existing tools and solutions, and drive category growth by understanding the needs of manufacturer, customer and consumer.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
*In collaboration, develop leading edge Point of Sale that builds brand equity and drives category growth *Owning and ensuring excellent through the line execution of any in-store or promotional materials
*Managing various (creative/media/merchandising/promotional) agencies effectively to create appropriate materials and solutions in a timely and cost effective manner

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
*Degree
*Proven ability to deliver best in class execution of leading through the line in-store execution tools (POS, media agencies, training materials, consumer literature, etc) that build brand equity and drive category growth
*Proven ability to deliver best in class execution of leading edge out of store materials (conference stands and supporting materials, etc)
*Proven ability to manage agency relationships to deliver leading edge tactical and strategic solutions on time and on budget
*Proven track record of building customer relationships (face to face, phone, etc)
*Proven ability to manage data and create clear insights and recommendations as an output
*Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency; managing multiple workloads prioritising effectively
*Proven ability to deliver tactical results that are consistent with the organisation's long-term objectives
*Gives clear direction to others when working in teams and allows others to accomplish their tasks effectively through clear and timely communication
