Practicus is working in partnership with a large trust in the West Midlands, seeking an Interim General Manager to join the General Medicine Directorate. This is a highly visible role suited to a flexible and 'hands on' interim.
Working with Business Managers and Clinical Leads, you will be providing management and support to this newly formed service whilst roles and responsibilities in the new structure are agreed and defined. You will be responsible for ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, as well as helping colleagues prepare for changes to the service.
Having worked at a senior level, you will have built a successful career as an Operational Manager in an Acute NHS setting. A successful track record in change management is essential, and you must be confident to work autonomously in a changing and challenging environment.
