A Wealth Management Division within a Global reaching Financial Institution require a Incident & Continuity Manaer to join the Business Risk Division.
This will be an opportunity to develop key processes and assist with the ongoing review and enhancement of incident & continuity management.
Deliverables:
- Undertake the role of Incident and Continuity Manager for the Wealth Management division
- Responsible for creating and implementing the Incident and Continuity framework
- Challenge Business areas for compliance with incident management and continuity policies through implementation of governance and reporting structure.
- Ensure operational risk exposure is reduced through appropriate training and testing
- Overview business continuity testing arrangements and disaster recovery capability for IT system incidents
- Establish and maintain up to date incident management procedures
Experience Required:
- Experience in incident management and business continuity management.
- Excellent hands on experience of IT and system incident management in a complex financial institution
- Experience in and an understanding of the bank control environment and risk management, financial products and the regulatory environment.
- Sound grounding in operational processes, procedures and systems.
