Description
Recruit IT's key client has a Senior BA contract requirement on a large transformation project. This role is based in the Brisbane CBD on an initial 6 Month contract.
You will need to have a proven track record of working in a team of BA's and have experience with requirements gathering and driving work shops. Any experience within the Oracle stack particularly around Fusion, OFC, and BRM and Siebel CRM experience in designing functional and integration requirements from a business process perspective would be advantageous. A background in Change Management will be an advantage in this role.
In order to be considered for the role you will need the following skills:
Proven track record as a Senior BA who has delivered functional and integration requirements specifically across Siebel CRM
Ideally experience in Siebel Applications
Experience in UML, USE CASES, and Traceability Matrix
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver on the delivery and sign off as well as leading work shops
Previous experience in driving Change within the business is ideal
