Scrum Master – Intermediate certified/Front Office/Oil TradingWe are looking for a Professional Scrum Master certified contractor to work as part of the drive to enable the Front Office to resolve the blockers and facilitate the self-organization of the Scrum team focused on the delivery of bespoke Front Office solutions for a Global Oil Trading business.
You will need to be certified to Professional Scrum Master II (Intermediate) level from scrum.org.
Essential Education:
• Candidates will need to provide a certificate of completed Professional Scrum Master II (Intermediate) Assessment from scrum.org
Essential Experience and Job Requirements;
• Proven experience of facilitating the delivery of end to end Agile projects
• Advanced social intelligence, emotional intelligence, and communication and collaborative skills
• Fundamental understanding of adaptive, iterative, and incremental development, backlog management, agile planning, agile metrics, velocity, Scrum roles and events, combined with a strong understanding of the software development process and procedures.
• Proven experience of unlocking the value of team commitment to delivery and enabling the synergy of the team.
Desirable Criteria & Qualifications:
• Experience of using Microsoft TFS and Scrum 3.0, Urban Turtle
