Customer Liaison Officer will be the main liaison officer with the tenants for the contract kitchen installation team. The jobholder will provide the first contact with tenants and maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times. Demonstrable experience of dealing with members of the public Able to communicate clearly with tenants, face to face and in writing. Able to act in a sensitive fashion, dealing politely and tactfully with a wide range of people Essential Local government and as above Desirable Working in a building environment Make appointments and visit tenants at home, discuss work programme, distribute Tenant Pack and discuss options of kitchen choice with tenant and any special arrangements they may require. Own individual enquiries, contract querries, and complaints. Resolve issues raised and refer complex issues to the Contracts Manager Undertake a final quality audit of completed kitchens, liaise with managers and staff to ensure any defects found are promptly dealt with. Complete a tenant questionnaire Liaise with all members of the contract team, material suppliers and keep abreast of the works programme at all times Arrange and attend contract meetings, produce and distribute agendas and minutes. Ensure information from tenants is fed back to contract team, liaise with administrators to ensure correct data is recorded Effectively use IT systems to provide statistical information for management, ensuring that the information is accurate. Identify tenants with special needs including arranging interpreters where necessary
