Change Management Analyst

Provides expert business analysis in support of designated initiatives. Responsible for auditing and evaluating the change management process of a business. Leads communication planning and communication activities resulting from a new project implementation. Must possess a deep knowledge of one or more of the following: business process improvement, designing business architectures, change program management, or people/organizational change management. Able to articulate the organizational transformation while working closely with key stakeholders. Must possess excellent communications skills and manage multiple stakeholders. Able to analyze the request for change and recommend a course of action and deliver in a timely manner. Experience Level: BA or BS degree in related field required; minimum of 5+ years of direct relevant experience.

Top 3-5 required skills:
-Must have ERP experience (SAP, PeopleSoft, Retek), Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial and/or Supply Chain modules.
-Must have deployed communications for at least one large scale implementaion.
-5 + years of relevant work experience as Change Analyst for large scale implementations.
- Experience assisting with communications, training, planning and implementation in a large project environment.
-2+ years of experience with consulting expertise including influencing stakeholders, facilitating or coaching change management efforts including process development and organizational interventions
- Working knowledge of change management principles and best practices in areas such as communications and stakeholder management.

Top 3-5 daily responsibilities:
-Develop a planned approach to upcoming changes in the organization.
-The Change Impact Analyst will assist the Change Manager and conduct change impact analysis to identify specific process, policy, metrics and skills impact to target audience groups.
- Assist the Organizational Readiness team with communications and organizational action plans to address critical issues or opportunities.

Soft skills:
- Ability to keep a strong focus on the human dimensions of major technological changes ensuring a balanced implementation strategy.
