My client, an International Financial company, is looking for a Service Manager to improve the delivery of Operational Services within a company-wide trading function.
The candidate must have experience in a Service/Change/Process Management role in the Finance sector, ideally within a Trading Focused, Service Operations role. They must also have a proven background in Process Improvement.
The candidate must be ITIL certified, and ideally be Prince 2 certified.
