Job Description:
Wintel Technical Resource with Strong problem solving skills and performance problem skills. Also needs great communication skills to communicate to customer when necessary.
Support Wintel environments for Hypercare ERP/AIP systems in the following areas:
Configure and maintain Windows Operating System.
Analyze, maintain and monitor the file systems including managing user accounts.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
Proactive management of Operating System issues including associated Incident Management.
Perform administration tasks including ID admin activities identified by architects and ERP/AIP business teams.
Work with the team to resolve outstanding tasks with utmost priority
Provide support by responding to Peregrine tickets and planned work while following internal change control procedures through Trackwise
