Required experience:
- Exceptional customer service
- Troubleshooting Windows XP/7 Systems, printers, peripherals
- Using helpdesk and ticket tracking software from problem identification to remediation
- Using automatic desktop and application deployment tools
- Active Directory user administration
- Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN technologies and concepts
- Basic knowledge of client/server technologies and concepts
