Are you great on the phone? Would you like to earn money working from home? Do you want to pick your hours? Can you ask the right questions, build rapport, gather information and line up meetings for our account managers? Are you able to work independently? Have you worked in contract recruitment or contractor management before? If you answer yes to these questions we have a great opportunity for you.
We are a small, enthusiastic company that provides specialist services to Recruitment Agents and Umbrella Companies. These last few months we've become so busy filling orders that we haven't had time to canvas new prospects. We need someone to fill our sales funnel. Previous sales experience in contract recruitment, account management or contractor management is strongly preferred. If you've worked on international contract placements then we definitely want to speak to you!
We'll pay you bonuses for arranging quotes and meetings, and obviously we pay commissions on deals won from your calls. We've already filtered the thousands of potentials to create a calling list of super hot prospects and we just need you to pick up the phone and introduce our services.
We'll give you all the tools and support you need to get started but ultimately you should be self-motivated, results focused and able to work independently. In return you will get regular work and an uncapped commission structure with a huge market opportunity. This is not a hard, pushy sell and we have an excellent conversion rate with new prospects - you will get clients thanking you for calling them.
We conservatively estimate your earnings for an 8 hour day will be £. If you are successful at bringing in new business there is potential to increase the hours.You can work remotely or from our offices in Camden, London if you prefer.
